Morning Movement Sessions
Aimed at anyone interested in exploring how movement and dance can bring people together, build fitness, develop new skills and have a positive impact on your well-being. These 6-weekly sessions are specially aimed at beginners or those who have little confidence in their movement or dance abilities.
We will take inspiration from yoga, choreography and individual contemporary dance practice plus consider how the body can be used to tell stories; focussing on individual development as well as building awareness of working as a group. Everyone will be given the chance to explore their own creativity through trying out specific movement techniques, learning new skills, building flexibility and fitness and also plenty of free-styling and having fun as a group.
Places MUST be booked in advance and attendance of the full 6-class course is preferred.
