Late Night Dance Party
Exploring how movement and dance can bring people together, these sessions aim to build fitness, help you develop new skills and have a positive impact on your wellbeing. Perfect for beginners, this is a great way of building confidence and dance ability, taking inspiration from yoga, choreography and contemporary dance practice, plus considering how the body can be used to tell stories, and plenty of free-styling and fun. Come along and explore your own creativity.
Please note that once you have registered you don’t need to register each week. You can attend these drop-in-sessions whenever you like.
