TRAIN: Exploring Values & Vision
The application deadline for this session has passed.
As creatives, we are often encouraged to focus on what we do and how we do it, but rarely given the time and space to explore why we do it in the first place. This interactive workshop invites participants to step back from the demands of day-to-day creative practice and reconnect with the values, motivations and aspirations that shape their work.
Drawing on neuroscience, coaching, creativity and reflective practice, we will explore the relationship between nervous system regulation, values, purpose and vision, and how these influence our ability to create, collaborate and thrive.
Using a blend of guided reflection, discussion, practical exercises and creative exploration, participants will identify their core values, examine what drives them, explore concepts such as Ikigai and Simon Sinek’s “Start With Why”, and develop a clearer sense of direction for their creative practice and professional development.
This workshop is designed for artists, creatives and cultural practitioners at any stage of their career who are seeking greater clarity, alignment and intention in their work. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of what matters most to them, a renewed sense of purpose, and practical actions to help them move forward with confidence and authenticity.
Whether you are at a crossroads, developing a new project, redefining your creative identity or simply looking for space to reflect, this session offers an opportunity to reconnect with your creative compass and envision a future that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
Payment for attendance as a participant at these sessions is £75.00 on submission of invoice after the event. It is aimed that some aspects of these sessions will be available online after the event for a wider group of participants to engage with on a self-directed pathway.
All applications for this session must be submitted by 9am, Thursday 3 September 2026. Successful applicants will be notified by 5pm on Thursday 10 September 2026.
