Thirst is a new show featuring storytelling and original songs by performer, playwright and musician Callum Patrick Hughes.

In 2018 at age 27 Callum was rushed to the hospital and was told he was 24 hours away from not being here anymore. As someone who didn’t realise he was an alcoholic, it came as a blow to learn the problem was his consumption of alcohol had nearly destroyed his liver for good.

4 years sober, Callum is now ready to tell his story, using humour, energy and some amazing live music to explore what addiction means to him.

Join Callum Hughes as he takes you on a journey from a small Oxfordshire town to the bright lights of London as he discovers who he is without looking through the bottom of the bottle. Featuring original songs, Thirst is both a love letter to sobriety and a celebration of all things alcoholic.
