The Gingerbread Man
9 December at 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm
The Gingerbread Man is based on the classic fairy tale, explored through a world of puppetry. Follow his adventures as he races though this magical story, where he meets lots of exciting characters along the way. Throughout the performance, there is music and interaction, and we invite audiences to think about and experience numbers and counting. At the end of The Gingerbread Man, there will be a special meet and greet with some of the vibrant puppets from the story.
TramShed are an inclusive theatre company based in Blackpool. What started as a small grass roots charity 16 years ago, has now grown into a well-respected, dynamic and developed organisation. Driven by the voices of our community, we break down social barriers and social exclusions in all its forms. Unequivocally inclusive, TramShed is a place where differences are always accepted and actively celebrated.
Shed Stories is a ‘Theatre in Education’ strand within TramShed’s programme of activities. Performances are carefully linked to important areas of the National Curriculum and use our inclusive approach and experience to ensure the content is accessible, engaging, creative and informative.
