A weekly drop-in creative group open to anyone in recovery from addiction.

Mondays 2-4pm at The Old Electric.

Gallery Cafe will be open from 2pm to meet up beforehand for a brew, biscuits and catch up.

Sessions will involve practical games, thought-provoking activities and playful exercises designed to support self-expression, develop creative links to your own recovery and build new social connections.

It is expected that participants will be abstinent from affective substances from that day.
