Start your new year with confidence with this workshop which will use your creativity and imagination to help you learn skills to develop your ability to manage and cope with anxiety. Using a mix of simple and fun practical activities in a low- pressure environment, you’ll work with actor and NLP practitioner Liz to relax and take home techniques you can employ in the future.
